Gunflint Lake Ice Out!

It’s been beautiful and sunny and the wind started blowing last night. Mid Morning today the Gunflint Lake Ice finally gave way and began to move. We’re a bit ahead of schedule, as it’s usually the first week of May. Looks like spring fishing could be great this year!! Plan now for your spring fishing trip up the Gunflint Trail.
